Kathryn has been serving Colorado real estate clients for nearly 30 years ~ throughout Denver Metro, the Foothills, and Mountain communities. Her firsthand experience living in each of these unique regions — from Downtown Denver urban living, to the foothills of Ken Caryl, to the Conifer/Pine mountain area — gives her an exceptional understanding of Colorado lifestyles and local markets.
Prior to founding her own company, Homes & Lifestyles, Kathryn built a successful career with respected firms including Frontier Better Homes & Gardens, Frontier Real Estate, and Colorado Mountain Homes & Land. As a longtime Colorado resident and seasoned Real Estate Broker, she brings decades of market knowledge, professionalism, and proven results to every transaction.
Originally from East Grand Rapids, Michigan — the beautiful Great Lakes State — Kathryn earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University before relocating to Nantucket, Massachusetts, and later to Denver, Colorado in 1997. She attended the Colorado Real Estate Institute in Denver, where she obtained her Colorado Real Estate Broker’s License and discovered her passion for real estate.
In 2005, Kathryn founded Homes and Lifestyles, LLC, built upon years of industry success and a commitment to exceptional client service. In 2008, the company evolved into Homes & Lifestyles of Colorado. Al L. Brim III was appointed President following the merger. Al brings more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, including leadership roles with IBM in Boulder and HP in Colorado Springs.
Kathryn created “Your Home Team,” a professional home buying and selling team dedicated to providing expert guidance, attention to detail, and personalized service throughout every stage of the real estate process — from the first conversation to the closing table.
